    In Thailand, during the year 1984, Royal Project Development Center, Established in Chiang Mai, encourages the cultivation of coffee under wild-shade grown as an additional career and restoring natural resources. The project included area the Baan Pok village.

    With the improvement of a new generation farmer, every detail was careful from the selection of the harvest through the process (72h. Anaerobic fermentation before sun-dried). Overall, this makes Baan Pok coffee show such great sweetness in the cup and with Tropical Fruit flavors.
